I've been sick over the holidays (so that's why didn't go much anywhere and couldn't call anyone because my throat was REALLY corse). On my 5th day of sickness I was called for Jury Duty. After sitting in a room for 7 hours we were all dismisses. But alas I forgot my phone so I couldn't call anyone to pick me up. And there two nice old ladyies gave me a ride back to my home. <3 to you where ever you are. :3

Random Reflection
Lately, I felt like I've been missing out in lots of shows like Jrock Con, Oliva, Also I like to Rock, and various other acts. So I really want to go to this one. The Knitting Factory is pretty fun. I brought my knitting here during Japan Night... just 'cause I'm stupid. And on that night I encounter a girl rock trio called, "Tsushimamire." I didn't like there music that much. Too Bi-Polar for me. The I like the most was Pez. But the drummer looked a great deal like Renee and I thought since they were the only other Rock Girl Band I knew I should support them. They ended up playing again in Glendale and I was like... HOmg... not again. I missed another one. So right now, I really freaking determind to see this show because I keep missing show. Missed shows=Really Grouchy. Thank you and good bye.

One of the big beneficial things that came out of living in West Covina for a month is I FINALLY go to play Kingdom Hearts II. For some reason the game glitched on me and I lost like 2 hours of game play *shakes fist* but I was happy. The game play was much improve and although it was a fun game I have some mixed feelings about it. The Little Mermaid should just die... and I hearing Sora sing was just to freaking weird. Still, I wanted the perfect ending but I decided to stop playing right before the final boss. So I don't know how it ends but I'm letting it go. In living with a big RPG geek (and I <3 her for it),I was introduced to the Tales of Series and Valkyrie Profile, game I hope to borrow and play if I find a PS1 card which now the top of my Christmas Wish List, next to Guitar Hero 2. <-I want the jrock version of this dammit... TT_TT

Thought I was sitting on my ass for long periods of time and gain butt loads of weight... I was able to play many games I wouldn't have been able to play otherwise. Dark Cloud, Tales of the Abyss, and Taiko Drumner. Taiko Drummer is something I <3 and adore. It even has the Soul Calibur II theme and "Katamari on the Rocks" and I'm like HOMG... YAY~!

Games I recently bought, played and loved are FFXII, Okami and We <3 Katamari. Let's me just say that I'm in heaven. FFXII's gameplay is so phun tat I loz mi abilities to type just thanking bout it. ^///^ Okami=<3 & Pretty

I don't know why but I've been playing a free rpg called Ahriman and the not-so-free-but-I-used-a-keygen RPG called Aveyond. They are both indie games created by this one girl. Maybe I find it inspiring and I would like to make my own game some day but I never will because I'm to lazy or... I'm just in RPG mode but I like the games. :3

Nothing much to report. Only that things are not so well but regardless I'm going to plow through. o_o; This dude keeps making fun of me. It's really getting to me. I alway think. Oooooh no. Not you! Please just go away... he throw an eraser at me! *clinches fist* @_@ I'm have the potential of being very angry/violent/bitchy/the way a use to be a while ago. But I don't want to be... TT_____TT I've been sad/angry for to long I just want to find my happiness and be a good person. :(

A friend offered a room for me so I might be moving out of student housing (thank god). But the thing is it is in Baldwin Park and I don't know how that will fly. I'm going to miss my area and all the stuff I could do around here. TT_TT I won't be able to visit Kelly as much as before. I'm sort of in this ditch where I feel like I cannot do anything but I have a feeling all this pent up emotion is just going to drive me out of this ditch.

Last night I watched Totoro. Is so cute~! <3 Especially thee medium one with the leaf is me favorite. *huggles* And other Miyazaki/Miyazaki related films on TMC (Turner Classic Movies) because of his 80th Birthday Celebration or something. So for a month, every Thursday they are showing. I also watching Whisper of a Heart dubbed and subbed (they dubbed it early in the night and have a second showing subbed). And parts of Pocco Roso but not much because I was doing homework. *sigh* But from what I saw the animation was really impressive and fluid. Ghibli movies always make me happy. YAY! Oh and the aclaimed director from Pixar was presenting the movies. GEEZ... I cannot get away from this guy when I see a Ghibli movie. He is a Miyazaki stalker I tell you. TToTT I see him in the beginning of every DVD release of any of Ghibli's films and he goes on about how much he <3s the films. At this point, I don't give a damn. >>; The films are great but I feel like they are dumbing it down for us in telling us why this film is great. I know the films are great... I wouldn't be watching it otherwise. o.0; So, The block is one for thee longest time. I got like 2 hours of sleep but now use to a free days without sleep.

It appears that all of the movies are the Disney dubbed versions, with the exception of Only Yesterday which does not have a Disney release. I'm assuming that it will be subtitled because TCM has the original voice actors listed for that title.

...ummm~ I never watched the two movies. I know the second one is about racoons and I think was directed by the other guy. XD *doesn't remember* It would be nice to see them. :/

OOOoo~ and the move kept getting delayed because of the blasted housing people/RAs? who took forever to have the apartment clean. But when I got thee key it was already to late. Because the wonderful person driving me and my stuff to the apartment cannot do it until Monday [I guess that is not that long but still... I get nervous around delays. @__@) now because he is going to a convention in San Fransico. I hope he has fun... if your reading this. I wish you FUN!

Delays scare me because I always feel like something unlucky might happen. And I was all packed too and found random things on the way. Random Finds: Cherry Blossom and Vanilla Body Spary! Also I took my dad's Tye. 'Tis kwel because the texture looks like the pattern from Renai's good origami paper. *pets tye* I get to bring a rice cooker, thermist and most of the things I like too. Now I want to buy a tea set because I said I would when I do move out/in.

YAYNESS~! I found out about this a while ago. Ghibli films are always <3! I just want to mention it for those of you who care.

Of course you know what this could mean... Ghibli making a film means that Hayao Miyazaki could be making part of the process. His SON, Goro Miyazaki, is the director. A Miyazaki in the film means that Disney could be licensing it and bringing it to US theatres. That may lead to a US premier... which means H. Miyazaki in the El Capitan theatre. Why, becaues I say so! Father and son at a US premier. Won't that be cute? Goro... you want help from your father right? RIGHT?! ;__; Goro admits that his father doesn't approve of the way he directs. This I don't really understand. Then why did they get him as a director. Even still, this means we MIGHT be getting another change to see him and get an autograph. We are not going to miss it again like last time, assuming it is happening. I hope that happens. *squels* that would be like OHMFGZ~!! *dies* ...gosh that would be awesome. Hope he doesn't die before then. I just need to stop speculating. >//<

The only present I'm probably going to get is for Renee. And I know Christie is going to get me something (ChocoCat thermist). So it evens out I guess... I might get my self one thing. In the $30 price range. Go poverty! @_<

Soul Caliber III... I bought it around the time when it came out. I played it for 3 days strait w/o sleep (well I had the graveyard shift at the time so my sleeping patterns are somewhat altered). Over all game is beautifly rendered (especially for the PS2), fun, has a bunch of modes and things. Sometimes, I feel they put to much modes and changed it too much. Given that Soul Blade was much different than Soul Caliber. But why did they add a stragedy mode? It makes no sense. I feel like the developers just added SO much and some of the content became sacrafised. They only added 4 new characters but they did bring back some old characters from Soul Blade. They didn't return a weapons health bar but they made the figthing more fair and well rounded (i.e. Ivy is easier to control and Talim doesn't kick as much ass).
For there characters that are there, they have their own story line and two endings. Tira is cool as expected. But Setsuka was surprisingly fast. I don't care about the guy much, though carrying a sythe beith cool. What I <3 the most is the fact that you can create your own characters. But I have 10 character slots that I don't know what to do with so I just added people who I know. I did enjoy creating Suu from Clover (she has wings) and FLCL inspired dude... dancer class so he looks UPER WTFish?

I <3 thee egg song. It's so cute it hurts.

Just one more week... The US release of the newest Asian Kung-Fu Generation album is coming out 10/28. I'm SO excited. I got a poster in the mail and was like YAY. 0_0 I am bored and with out a purpose in life. (TT_TT) I don't know what to do anymore.

I watched Advent Children 3 times. Finals are over. My dad is far away in Vancover (for now). I was bored in the student lodge so I started a I-HAVE-WORST-MUSIC Battle with Joel. I won~! ^_^ Basically, I'm just listening to the CDs a classmate/friend let me borrow. God bless her soul. In my cd player... Malice Mizer Memoire + Voyage, Gackt [Shocking that she would have it. She is very Antit-Gackt. She is turning me as well... ^^; The reason she said she had it was because there was Malice Mizer stuff on it] and Dir en Grey Macabre [I already had the songs but now I don't have to use my lab top to listen to it].

I <3 this fake badly rendered Mana ("she" is like me) and the jingle is SO catchy.

The true story is better told [especially by the witness] than written by me. I just had to share this. Not for the faint of heart.

My friend told me of an unusual encounter with his friends cockatoo. This cockatoo was a strange and very stupid bird. One day, his friend and him were very very VERY bored. The bird was standing on the middle finger of her hand. Then the bird soon started to act oddly. Cockatoo was flappings his featers around crazly. He asked her what wrong with the bird. She told him the bird was masterbating. He said that bird didn't masterbate. But it WAS.
The girl lefted her the pointer fingure slightly. As the bird was flapping it slowly got closer. The guy looked at his friend strangly (I would too). She said that he just *had* to watch the bird because something happened would happen. The bird was now next to her finger... flapping its wings and making weird noises. As the bird came, it stop flapping. In an elegant fashion, the bird look up to the sky, retracted one wing and extended the other wing for a some time. After it was done, the bird actually was POSING~~!! @__@... XD The girl also showed a little liquid on her finger, which totally grossed out the guy (I would be grossed out too... >_>).

Sidenote:
I dont know why but EVERYTIME I watch the end in Pierrot "Dramatoc Neo Annversary" PV [Ken is so cute HERE! Even with tacky pants.]... the way Kirito poses at the end always reminds me of this story. I think of him as the masterbating cockatoo. *giggles*

my life, me and not me

"Moving Out" is probably one of many most important momment/decision in a persons life. I'll be moving out next Sat/Sun and moving in to the place in pasadena (I call it "the cat house" because that what it once was) 2 weeks after. Hmmmm... I'm a bit worried about future plans. I guess it's natural. Perhaps my survival instincts shall kick in? Since I'll there will be a gap between the time I'll be moving in to when I'll be moving out. I guess I'm going to try to stay at random friends houses. Maybe I wont bath for a week and sleep in the school (but this is when worse comes to worse).

Although, I'll be going out on my own soon... I don't feel as if I grew up at all. I want it to be so that I can stand on my own feet with out fear of falling. After all, I am still relying on many gracious people. My hope is I can repay their kindness or recipricate their kindness on to others. I really worry about paying back these debits because I hope I don't get hit by a car before I can repay them.

Tofu Festival-my t-shirt day

Saturday I went to the tofu festival... I ran into friends such as Christel, Chirstic, Josie (<===STOP SMOKING DAMN IT!), Emily, what-his-name for like two seconds and Jonathan for like 2 minutes. Anyway, can't say that I ate much tofu. I've discovered melon soda tastes JUST like Ramune and Strawberry soda is awesome. Umm.. asian coffee drinks are weak. WEAK~! XP But the thing that most caught my attention was the interesting pottery and the t-shirt. I <3 X infinity & beyond the t-shirts. I bought 2 shirts and 2 tanks (3 of them tofu relate) and I love them to death.

On a Side Note... the comute:
To get to Tofu Festival... I took like 3 bus when I could have just taken the blasted 90. And getting back was interesting. Took the Redline for the 1st time. I didn't know it went underneath LA. Kind of scary because the lighting is so toned. I Utpid. Sitting there I saw some Tofu Records bags and this guy who was sponsering these two femal Japanese transfer students. He was nice and the student were SO quiet... it was like they were trying to stare a hole in front of them. I found that odd. The 181 bus was jammed pack. There was this ugly old looking Filipino guy with a fish net shirt. He said "I'm sexy/Isn't it sexy" or something to this over weight hispanic-american lady who was like "You know what....FUCK OFF." Hahaha.. found that HYLIRIOUS. The guy was SCARY and right behind me so I ask/forced the person in front of me to trade.

Montery Park Day

Eunice decided that she would take Christie and me around Montery Park for our B-Day present. UNFORTUNATELY for us Christie couldn't make it. (TT_TT) But we made the most of it and went about. First we ate at this Taiwanese Restaurant... when you look at it, you wouldn't expect such wonderful food to come out. The food is so good... I don't care what it looks like. From the menu, we ordered Beef and Rice, Fried Tofu, and some sort of noodles. (-_-'') Do not know what it's called. The rice and the Tofu was especially good. I want to learn how to make Tofu like that. Really... I have a package of firm tofu in the refregierator that I don't know what to do with. I'm going to *stalk* Eunice until she asks her mom for the recipe.
Then we went around to look for my pencil case. I would have had one months ago if I didn't loose it in San Francisco. *sobs* I lost it one the day I bought it. Anyway, the store in Montery park are really awesome. These store contained products imported from Japan and China. If I could afford the expense I would have splerged at least $100, which would get Lots & LOTS there. The prices are so reasonable. I <3 that place. We ALL need to go Montery Park and eat Shabu-Shabu. Why? Freakin' Lil Tokyo and Paseo is a BIG bore and completly over priced. Trust me... you will love it there. Just get a day pass and you will be fine.
Then I ended up going to the market and buy good Soy Sweeten Milk... the brand is VitaSoy. I highly recommend it. Also, I found the best tea drink ever: Kuang Chuan Passion Fruit Green Tea.
The day was full of food and fun. What more can you ask for? And of course I treasure spending time with my friend Eunice. Yay for friends. I love you all. I can never forget you. Never.

I've just read 8 volumes of the manga and I have to say... I LOVE this story. Even better than Kagen no Tsuki so then... I MUST watch the movie DARNNIT. TT_TT Oh and I want to see all of Versus, Casshern, Jo-on 2 and Nobody Knows as well.

I was looking through Sony Music Japan and I found a CD that almost put me in to tears. Our tard of a governor Arnard Schwarzenegger... has released an albumn in Japan. Thank god it's not really a music albumn. I thought it was then I thought the world would end but it turns out to be a workout CD. I guess it's sort of understandable since the Hypocrite has been promoting L.A. of CA as the ideal vacation spot to the Japanese. So the relationship between the two must be good. Even still... listening to him say 1 2 3... flex those muscles over unknown american music seem like a waste of resources to me. First of all... it's in English and this IS Japan. Second of all... any idiot could say 1 2 3.. flex those abes to themselves. Why do they need a CD do that for them? Funny and retarded at the same time.
